The Challenge

Intersport already had systems in place to measure footfall, yet no reliable data was being supplied: problems included, for one, the inclusion of irrelevant data, the counting of visitors more than once and the counting of shadows. As a result, the analysis and reporting weren’t sufficiently adapted to the needs of users. Valid data on the number of visitors and an individualized, intuitive analysis and reporting tool were to make it possible to control stores according to needs.
