Business Development Manager / Partner Manager

full time, open-ended contract, remote and at company headquarters in Witten


  • Manage existing distribution partners and actively engage with partners
  • Manage and drive growth with both existing and new partners to achieve targets
  • Leverage all resources available to drive territory penetration based on market opportunity
  • Maintain forecast and provide management with regular updates including sales forecast, competitive analysis, market trends and territory opportunity
  • Coordinate partner activities through distribution
  • Provide feedback to management on customer/ partner trends, competition, pricing
  • Support Partners with end user high level negotiations


  • Sales experience in a B2B environment / distribution channel development / territory accounts management and development / Partner management
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Distribution business and Channel oriented model
  • Very good English skills (both written and spoken). French and German a plus
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workloads in a constantly changing business and sales environment
  • Customer focus attitude
  • Proactive and results driven
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functional environment
  • Ability to travel > 50%
  • Retail Experience a plus
